2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect account data (company name, business email address, hashed password and email-confirmation status), service data (authorised domains or IP ranges, API logs and support messages), payment data (last four digits of your payment card, expiry date, billing country and transaction identifiers supplied by Stripe), usage data (IP address, device and browser details, pages visited and time spent, recorded through cookies, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) and marketing data (your email preferences and information about email opens and clicks).
3. Legal Bases
We process your data to perform our contract with you, to pursue our legitimate interests in securing and improving the service, to meet our legal obligations and, where required, on the basis of your consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies.
4. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to create and manage your account, deliver the load-testing services you request, process payments through Stripe, provide support and service notifications, analyse traffic and improve performance, send optional product updates and promotions, prevent fraud and comply with the law.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors interact with our site and to run advertising campaigns. These tools set cookies that store a pseudonymous identifier in your browser. You may refuse non-essential cookies through the cookie banner or your browser settings.
6. Sharing Your Data
We share personal data only with Stripe Payments Europe Ltd for payment processing; Google LLC for analytics and tag management; our email-delivery provider for transactional and marketing messages; our UK or EU hosting and cloud-infrastructure partners; and professional advisers or authorities when required by law. All processors act under our instructions and are bound by appropriate data-processing agreements.
7. International Transfers
Where data is transferred outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area to partners such as Google or Stripe, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or the European Commission.
8. Data Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and for twelve months after closure. Service logs are stored for thirty days unless you request earlier deletion. Payment records and invoices are retained for seven years. Google Analytics data is kept for twenty-six months. Marketing-consent records are stored until you withdraw consent and for twenty-four months thereafter.
9. Security
We protect your data with TLS encryption in transit, salted adaptive hashing of passwords, role-based access controls, confidentiality obligations for staff, regular vulnerability scans and backups.
10. Your Rights
Under UK and EU data-protection law you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict your data, to object to processing, to receive a portable copy, to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office or your local supervisory authority. 11. Marketing Emails
We send marketing communications only when you have opted in. Each message contains an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not affect service emails such as password resets or billing notices.
12. Age Limitations
TitanLoad is a business-to-business service and is not directed to individuals under eighteen years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on our website or by email. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.
